This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients and their plans to effectively manage accounts.
• Acquire and enhance knowledge of IRS regulations and plan documentation.
• Evaluate plan limits and conduct annual assessments on plan data; prepare nondiscrimination testing and perform employer calculations.
• Compile audit packages and complete other necessary government filings.
• 1-5 years of experience in the defined contributions industry with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• QKA certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in manually conducting nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP), as well as 415 and 402g testing is preferred.
• Prior experience in manually completing government filings, including 5500’s, 8955’s, and 5330’s, is preferred.
• Highly skilled in Excel, including expertise in xlookups, pivot tables, and more.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork abilities and takes responsibility for personal work output.
• Proficient in the use of computers and general office equipment.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of effectively responding to change.
