This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project management to guarantee effective system implementation by setting clear objectives, recognizing potential challenges/risks, and formulating contingency strategies.

• Monitor progress and ensure comprehensive communication and coordination.

• Manage multiple clients, projects, and consultants simultaneously.

• Collaborate with clients to gain insight into their requirements and business needs.

• Create and implement plans considering delivery timelines, budgetary constraints, and implementation challenges.

• Handle solution design, including relevant gap analysis and customization needs.

• Support clients with change management initiatives.

• Gather and evaluate pertinent data, taking necessary actions based on analysis.

• Address and resolve client issues effectively.

• Oversee the project plan management.

• Develop support plans and manage the transition to the support phase.

• Work collaboratively with the internal team to assist colleagues on various projects.

• Contribute to HRchitect’s thought leadership efforts.

• Write for the HRchitect Tech Trends blog.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with Payroll, HCM, WFM, or HRMS systems.

• Demonstrated experience managing the complete system implementation lifecycle, encompassing Requirements Gathering, Scope Management, Process Design, System Configuration, Integration, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Go-Live.

• PMP or other Project Management certifications are advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient documentation skills.

• Effective time management capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously without daily oversight.

• Capacity to juggle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

• Preferred experience with HCM systems such as UKG, Dayforce, SAP, Oracle, ADP, Workday.

• Familiarity with HCM solution modules and concepts, including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Open Enrollment, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Ability to work remotely from a home office located in North America.
