This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the Dayforce implementation process from initial planning to go-live and subsequent post-launch support.
• Manage the project schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall timeline.
• Serve as the internal Dayforce subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practices and implementation strategies.
• Facilitate collaboration among HR, payroll, IT, operations, and the Dayforce implementation team.
• Ensure that the appropriate internal stakeholders are involved at the correct phases of the project.
• Assist with testing, issue tracking, launch preparation, and early stabilization following the go-live phase.
• Demonstrated experience in leading at least one complete Dayforce implementation or migration from start to finish.
• Strong project management background in HRIS, payroll, or enterprise system implementations.
• Capability to offer hands-on guidance and suggestions throughout the rollout process.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including HR, IT, operations, payroll, and vendors.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in alignment with Eastern Time business hours.
