This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Planning and analyzing project requirements
• Overseeing project management tasks
• Documenting configuration needs
• Implementing Dayforce WFM solutions
• Configuring Dayforce according to specified requirements
• Leading user acceptance testing sessions
• Coordinating deployment initiatives
• Delivering product training to users
• Strong knowledge of Dayforce modules
• Contributing to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog
• Engaging with customers to establish strong relationships
• Actively seeking opportunities within the team to enhance your experience
• Maintaining a consistent record of accuracy in configurations
• Showing reliability in responsiveness to both teammates and clients
• Prior experience with Dayforce
• Background in payroll processing
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Comfortable appearing on video calls and speaking to groups
• Capability to work independently
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Capacity to work remotely from a home office in North America
• Consulting experience is an advantage
• Relevant certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are a plus
