This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Guide clients through the complete Dayforce implementation lifecycle—from initial discovery workshops and gathering requirements to configuration, testing, training, and the go-live phase.
• Set up and enhance Dayforce Payroll utilizing best practices and effective tools.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to streamline processes, minimize complexity, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Conduct interactive client workshops that bring solutions to fruition.
• Oversee testing, payroll balancing, and cutover procedures to guarantee a seamless launch.
• Offer post-go-live assistance and knowledge transfer, empowering clients to thrive long after project completion.
• Provide insights, mentor colleagues, and assist in enhancing our collective Dayforce expertise.
• A minimum of 2 years of Dayforce implementation experience in Payroll.
• At least 3 years of experience with HCM systems in consulting, HRIS, or related fields.
• Strong abilities in business process mapping, testing, and system configuration.
• Outstanding communication skills—capable of leading workshops, building rapport with clients, and simplifying complex concepts.
• Tech-savvy with a keen attention to detail; experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is an advantage.
• Dayforce certification is a plus, but not mandatory—we prioritize experience and enthusiasm.
