Dayforce HCM Consultant, HR/Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through the complete Dayforce implementation process—from initial discovery workshops and requirements collection to configuration, testing, training, and go-live.

• Configure and enhance Dayforce Payroll utilizing industry best practices and tools.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to synchronize processes, simplify complexities, and ensure compliance.

• Conduct engaging client workshops that bring solutions into reality.

• Oversee testing, payroll balancing, and cutover activities to guarantee a seamless launch.

• Offer post-go-live support and knowledge transfer, empowering clients to thrive long after the project concludes.

• Share insights, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the development of our collective Dayforce expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of Dayforce implementation experience in Payroll.

• At least 3 years of experience with HCM systems in consulting, HRIS, or related areas.

• Strong abilities in business process mapping, testing, and system configuration.

• Exceptional communication skills—capable of leading workshops, building client trust, and simplifying complex concepts.

• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is advantageous.

• Dayforce certification is a plus but not mandatory—we prioritize experience and enthusiasm.
