This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Guide clients through the entire Dayforce implementation lifecycle—from initial discovery workshops and gathering requirements to configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Set up and enhance Dayforce Payroll using industry best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to streamline processes, minimize complexity, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct dynamic client workshops that bring solutions to fruition.
• Oversee testing, payroll balancing, and cutover activities to guarantee a seamless launch.
• Offer post-go-live support and knowledge transfer, equipping clients for success long after the project concludes.
• Provide insights, mentor colleagues, and help develop our shared Dayforce expertise.
• Minimum of 2 years of Dayforce implementation experience in Payroll.
• At least 3 years of experience with HCM systems in consulting, HRIS, or related sectors.
• Proficient in business process mapping, testing, and system configuration.
• Strong communication skills—capable of leading workshops, building client trust, and simplifying complex concepts.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is advantageous.
• Dayforce certification is a plus, but not mandatory—we prioritize experience and enthusiasm.
