This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
β’ Collaborate with Intel sales professionals to jointly manage relationships with customer and partner decision-makers, promoting the adoption of Intel's datacenter solutions.
β’ Offer continuous technical support by providing product briefings, use-case-focused benchmarks, proof of concepts, and customer-driven technical incubations.
β’ Serve as the voice of the customer by conveying business use cases and technical requirements to product development teams.
β’ Function as a thought leader and advisor to technical sales teams.
β’ Design and execute training roadmaps, schedules, and materials to enhance the technical expertise of both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Coordinate product and program updates for customers, partners, and field sales teams.
β’ Bachelor's or BS degree in a relevant technical discipline.
β’ 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years with a Master's degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
β’ Strong skills in customer needs analysis, technical requirement definition, and product knowledge within the technology industry.
β’ In-depth understanding of enterprise data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, operating systems, and the deployment, configuration, and support of mission-critical hardware and software solutions.
β’ Proficient in technical sales with the capability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and awareness of information technology trends.
