Data Warehouse Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Analyze, process, and interpret extensive datasets to produce actionable insights.

• Develop and sustain ingestion and transformation processes.

• Design models for data warehouses.

• Engage in international projects with prominent global clients.

• Collaborate within interdisciplinary engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience with cloud-based solutions.

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience with data warehouses.

• Proficiency in Snowflake.

• Strong SQL skills, including complex analytical queries and data transformations.

• Understanding of the Data Lakehouse methodology.

• Familiarity with source version control systems such as Git.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive and open-minded approach to overcoming challenges and learning new technologies.

• Strong skills in communication and collaboration.

• Experience with dbt and the AWS ecosystem (MWAA, Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools like Power BI or Looker is a plus.

• Previous experience in the media or advertising industry is not mandatory.
