This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Implement cross-functional data and finance projects within the global FP&A team, improving insight generation and reporting capabilities across various regions;
• Convert business needs into technical specifications, working alongside IT teams to deploy robust and scalable Business Intelligence solutions;
• Create and maintain data architectures and financial data models, ensuring precision and consistency in global dashboards and analytics platforms;
• Build self-service analytics tools and dashboards utilizing SQL and BI platforms, allowing stakeholders to access and analyze pertinent financial information;
• Assist with system implementations and process automation projects, including UAT, deployment, and documentation;
• Enhance FP&A processes by removing manual tasks, streamlining reporting flows, and employing analytics to aid in strategic planning;
• Work collaboratively with regional Finance and Analytics teams globally, contributing to the standardization of reporting and driving process enhancements;
• Carry out other routine responsibilities as needed.
• Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis);
• Proven track record in leading data and finance projects in global settings;
• Understanding of data architecture and financial data modeling;
• Experience in developing and sustaining dashboards and analytics platforms;
• Proficient in SQL;
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI;
• Experience in creating self-service analytics solutions;
• Background in system implementations;
• Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing);
• Knowledge of deployment processes and documentation;
• Understanding of process automation;
• Experience in optimizing processes and financial reporting workflows;
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications;
• Experience collaborating with IT teams to execute Business Intelligence solutions;
• Capability to work in global environments and engage with multidisciplinary teams;
• Bachelor's degree is required.
