This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

• Oversee the management of data for intricate, worldwide clinical trials from the initiation phase to the locking of the database.

• Act as the primary client liaison for all data management deliverables.

• Supervise the reconciliation of SAE, PK, and external data as well as the deployment of databases.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to fulfill client expectations.

• Guide and mentor junior data management personnel while advocating for best practices.

• Propel process enhancements and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and standard operating procedures.

• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical disciplines.

• A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in clinical data management, including over 5 years in a Lead Clinical Data Management position.

• Demonstrated success in managing extensive global studies involving over 1000 patients.

• Proficiency with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or comparable EDC systems.

• Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH), and clinical research methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
