This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform systematic literature reviews to aid in program evaluation and analysis.
• Execute rapid-cycle evaluations and analytics to assess the effectiveness of OCHIN initiatives.
• Undertake projects that highlight the needs of both internal and external stakeholders to enhance their experiences.
• Collaborate and communicate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement evaluation plans.
• Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data findings to refine program efforts and establish an evidence base for program interventions.
• Develop an evaluation framework and identify applicable tools for evaluation and analytics projects to bolster OCHIN’s capability to disseminate insights.
• Create and apply frameworks of equity, justice, and data de-colonization to data analytics projects within the Evaluation and Analytics Team.
• Analyze and process data sets using advanced querying, visualization, and analytics tools.
• Construct, maintain, and continuously seek ways to enhance systems and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee multiple evaluation and analysis projects concurrently to assist OCHIN in enhancing its products and services.
• Produce high-quality, easily interpretable deliverables and compile findings for executive-level stakeholders.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in rapid cycle evaluation, research, data analytics, or implementation science.
• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare (e.g., public health, health promotion, nursing), applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience with quantitative or qualitative software.
• Desirable experience in creating reports, charts, and graphs.
• Experience in a telecommuting role is preferred, including the use of remote technologies (e.g., Zoom).
• Proven experience in program evaluation.
• Exceptional interpersonal, intercultural, and customer service skills.
• Strong communicator capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of roles and personalities, both in writing and speaking.
• Possess a learning mindset and a curiosity for acquiring new knowledge.
• Excellent time management abilities with a demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
