Data Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Address ad-hoc data and reporting requests from Sales and other internal teams utilizing SQL, Databricks, Count, and spreadsheets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business inquiries, outline requirements, and provide precise, accurate responses.

• Analyze data discrepancies, missing entries, unexpected reporting outcomes, and other fundamental data challenges.

• Independently resolve straightforward issues while documenting and escalating more complex problems with clear evidence and documentation.

• Assist with routine data maintenance, validation, and other operational data requirements.

• Identify recurring requests that can be managed through reusable queries, reports, documentation, or self-service solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics support, data operations, or a comparable position.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced in leveraging data to address business inquiries and troubleshoot problems.

• Familiarity with contemporary data and analytics tools; experience with Databricks or Count is advantageous.

• Strong spreadsheet capabilities, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and general analysis skills.

• Ability to convert vague requests into clear analytical specifications and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a service-oriented mindset in supporting internal teams.

• Experience in supporting Sales or other go-to-market teams is a plus.

• Knowledge of CRM, pipeline, or revenue-related data is an added advantage.

• Experience in creating dashboards, reusable reports, or internal data documentation is a bonus.

• Must be a resident of India.
