This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Design and enhance the IHSC data strategy, governance frameworks, and analytics roadmaps.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to determine data needs and analytics use cases.

• Assist in initiatives related to data quality, standardization, and metadata management.

• Offer guidance on enterprise data integration and analytics architecture.

• Provide strategic oversight and coordination for data migration, legacy clinical data integration, and clinical viewer transition projects.

• Aid in the development of reporting and dashboards in partnership with HITU Data Analysts.

• Counsel leadership on data-driven insights and performance metrics.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and governance standards.

• In-depth knowledge of data governance, analytics strategy, and data lifecycle management.

• Proven experience with healthcare or enterprise data settings.

• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and strategic communication abilities.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination (public trust) and sign a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience in supporting DHS, ICE, IHSC, or other federal healthcare IT or EHR modernization (EHRM) initiatives (preferred).

• Experience providing strategic oversight for data migration and legacy clinical data integration efforts (preferred).

• Knowledge of clinical data domains, data standards, and metadata management (preferred).

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and enterprise data platforms (preferred).
