• Utilizing secondary research, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration to inform data entry decisions

• Evaluating and categorizing data discrepancies

• Establishing metrics to assess stewardship requests in relation to throughput

• Providing test and training datasets to RxVantage analysts and data engineers

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve requests for new MDM data values to maintain data integrity

• Examine existing MDM data for potential duplicates or inaccuracies and propose corrections

• Create documentation for standard operating procedures related to the resolution of data discrepancies

• Continuously enhance subject matter expert knowledge of data (domains, sources, usage) pertinent to RxVantage use cases

• Understand the business aspects of life sciences, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical industries as they relate to data discrepancy resolution

• Proactively manage a Jira backlog of user requests, providing updates, and meeting established delivery timelines

• Contribute to the formulation of backlog priorities and deadlines

• Adhere to RxVantage data security protocols

• Collaborate with RxVantage data analysts and engineers to develop datasets suitable for testing or training standard or AI models

• Identify patterns in stewardship requests and data issues to reveal trends and actionable insights
