This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute assigned SAP master data tasks as per Lilly's directives

• Organize and manage workload effectively to adhere to set deadlines

• Notify the LDA team of any issues that could affect the completion timelines of tasks

• Create, modify, maintain, and deactivate PR&D SAP master data entries

• Conduct second-person verification of SAP master data inputs

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of material specification packages within Quality Docs

• Facilitate mass updates to SAP master data utilizing tools like DSP

• Engage in change and deviation management activities concerning master data and specifications

• Fulfill assigned tasks related to master data and FING specifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience may be considered as a substitute)

• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems

• Knowledge of specification management tools (e.g., Quality Docs, Trackwise)

• Comprehension of master data governance principles

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

• Capability to operate in a regulated setting (e.g., pharmaceuticals, manufacturing)

• Availability Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
