This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Experience in developing and supporting data-centric projects for cybersecurity solutions, including the creation of machine learning algorithms, data models, or strategic architecture for cyber defense.
• Skilled in designing and implementing automation for managing security tools, along with creating tailored searches and applications.
• Conduct data discovery tasks.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Professional Services resources to facilitate data migration.
• Analyze data exports.
• Perform data mapping between different schemas.
• Create automated scripts for data parsing or extraction.
• Compose assessments and reports concerning data migration activities.
• Identify Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts and categorize them for migration or archiving.
• Locate System Security Plans (SSP), Control Artifacts, Assessment Trackers, and other RMF artifacts in Excel or MS Word for migration purposes.
• Convert data in legacy formats and schemas into an OSCAL-compliant target format.
• Utilize AI to assist with data migration efforts.
• Review SharePoint repositories to identify artifacts for migration.
• Document legacy system workflows, dashboards, and reports for migration.
• Reproduce workflows, dashboards, and reports in the new eGRC solution.
• Familiarity with Cloud Service Provider (CSP) solutions and associated resources such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Experience with Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) tools and functionalities.
• Knowledge of host and network-based security technologies.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND frameworks.
• Capability to produce high-visibility reporting on cybersecurity data through the development of data visualizations and/or dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Cybersecurity, Data, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity and IT data.
• Solid understanding and experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience in performing security engineering functions.
• Proficient in developing and modifying scripts.
• Experience in mapping inheritance and Common Control Catalogs.
• Experience in developing or tuning Risk Scoring.
• Experience in data schema mapping.
• Familiarity with OSCAL.
• Experience working with Federal systems.
• Experience in AWS GovCloud.
• Knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in an Agile working environment.
• A Top Secret/Q clearance is required. Candidates do not need to hold this clearance for initial consideration; however, they must be ready to begin the clearance process upon being hired.
