• Become a part of a collaborative product team that focuses on Government Logistics.
• Create, validate, and implement statistical and machine learning models.
• Design and construct data pipelines that connect with authoritative Government systems.
• Convert vague mission inquiries from government leaders into analytical challenges.
• Implement models within government frameworks in adherence to DoD RMF and controls.
• Document methodologies for government stakeholders to support model-informed decision-making.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, etc.).
• A minimum of 3 years (for mid-level) or 6 years (for senior level) experience in building and deploying data products in a production setting.
• Strong expertise in Python (including libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (preferably AWS GovCloud or Azure Government).
• Experience dealing with messy, real-world enterprise data.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
