Data Scientist – Blockchain Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Transform unprocessed on-chain activities into reliable insights.

• Create, test, and implement clustering and attribution methodologies.

• Take complete ownership of your data from start to finish.

• Develop and uphold the pipelines transitioning from notebooks to production.

• Examine edge cases and convert insights into consistent logic.

• Collaborate with investigations and product teams to establish benchmarks.

• Rapidly prototype solutions, then refine those that prove effective.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in developing data science or data engineering systems that have been deployed (not limited to notebooks).

• Proficient in Python and SQL.

• At ease working with large datasets and understanding the complexities of joins, deduplication, and skew at scale.

• Strong understanding of clustering, graph/network analysis, or entity resolution.

• Capable of evaluating precision versus coverage trade-offs and justifying your metrics.

• Self-motivated: able to define ambiguous problems, source data independently, and drive it to a conclusion.
