This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing machine learning and other data science solutions currently in production.

• Developing comprehensive machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent systems that provide clear and accurate sustainability information to our clients.

• Independently analyzing intricate data sets.

• Engaging in the creation of proofs of concept.

• Continuously monitoring business requirements and opportunities.

• Interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders from various backgrounds.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Science products or a PhD in ML / Applied Mathematics / Quantitative Research / Statistics / Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in the Python data science ecosystem (Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn, etc.).

• Familiarity with collaborative code bases (Git) and production-level code (beyond notebooks).

• Strong foundational skills in software engineering (testing, code review, design, performance).

• Experience with LLM/Agent prompt/retrieval design, vector databases, tool usage/agents, evaluation, and safety/guardrails.

• A commitment to sustainability and making a positive impact.

• A willingness to learn and share your knowledge with others.

• A transparent communicator who values effective and constructive dialogue.

• Highly motivated, independent, and deeply passionate about making a difference through data and science.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (minimum C1 level proficient user).
