This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more state.
• Design, implement, and sustain predictive and Machine Learning models.
• Work closely with stakeholders to pinpoint business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Assist in initiatives aimed at Customer Retention, Customer Routing, and enhancing Customer Experience.
• Improve forecasting capabilities for operations within the Contact Center.
• Identify, evaluate, and utilize relevant data sources to enhance business performance.
• Present findings, suggestions, and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Foster measurable business impact through advanced analytics and data science methodologies.
• Recognize significant business challenges and opportunities within the initial six months.
• Provide predictive models and analytical solutions that yield tangible business value.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Enhance forecasting precision and support strategic decision-making using data-driven insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience with SQL and data analysis on extensive and intricate datasets.
• Proficient in Python for data science and model creation.
• Experience in developing and executing predictive models and Machine Learning solutions.
• Familiarity with supervised learning methods and classification models.
• Experience with forecasting techniques and predictive analytics.
• Capability to convert business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Machine Learning (Supervised & Unsupervised) - Intermediate level.
• Communication skills - Advanced level.
• Problem Solving - Advanced level.
• Descriptive Statistics - Intermediate level.
• Hypothesis Testing - Intermediate level.
• Python - Intermediate level.
• SQL - Advanced level.
• Familiarity with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Github.
• Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire.
