Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute ambitious projects aimed at transforming client operations through data.

• Collaborate with the Activation, Creativity, and Strategy Divisions to provide comprehensive services to clients.

• Build relationships with clients and leverage technical skills to enhance their marketing departments.

• Manage data projects and ensure timely delivery.

• Communicate the team's work and achievements effectively.

• Work alongside consulting counterparts to understand client needs and maintain strong relationships.

• Ensure that the solutions provided deliver value to the client's challenges.

• Research and develop innovative technical approaches.

• Share best practices and contribute to the institutional knowledge at Artefact.

• Embody the values of Artefact and inspire others.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience in developing and applying data-driven solutions in a corporate or consulting environment, preferably within a consumer marketing context (experience in the web industry is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of data processing, data modeling, algorithms, and data architecture.

• Intellectual curiosity and exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure and prioritize approaches for maximum impact.

• Proficient in English.
