• Construct the Enterprise Pricing Data Architecture.
• Create and uphold the governed data infrastructure that supports BD’s pricing analytics ecosystem.
• Establish a canonical data model for pricing (SKU/Customer/Region granularity) and harmonize ERP, CRM, contract, and external market data.
• Develop the analytics framework that converts data into actionable commercial intelligence.
• Create scalable Power BI models to facilitate core pricing metrics, including price waterfall, Price Power Index, performance benchmarks, elasticity, and willingness-to-pay modeling.
• Enable capabilities for competitive intelligence and market price monitoring.
• Deliver analytical insights regarding contract and rebate structures, as well as leakage.
• Design a pricing intelligence architecture that supports next-generation AI-driven pricing insights and decision support, including price recommendations and forecasting tools.
• Develop architecture that accommodates Agentic AI workflows to produce contextual insights.
• Support the integration of ML/LLM-based reasoning for generating pricing projections, anomaly detection, and scenario simulations.
• Ensure that the pricing intelligence platform evolves into a core competency across the commercial organization.
• Assist in the implementation and refinement of pricing governance frameworks.
• Empower regional and business unit pricing teams to effectively utilize the analytics platform.
• Collaborate with Finance to strengthen pricing KPI and measurement standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering and data science within commercial/price analytics; expertise in Databricks is essential.
• Experience in developing AI-enabled analytics platforms, including familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks and the application of Agentic AI workflows in an enterprise data environment.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience modeling billing/AR tables, FX normalization, and price waterfalls; knowledge of GPO/admin fees and chargebacks is necessary.
• Proven experience in developing pricing analytics models such as willingness to pay (WTP), Price Power Index (PPI), and price elasticity models governance.
• Strong background in building Power BI semantic models and performance-optimized dashboards.
• Capability to convey complex analytical insights in a clear and effective manner to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent project and time management abilities, with a capacity to multitask among competing priorities.
