Data Quality Specialist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and confirm the accuracy of account records.

• Ensure company websites are operational and linked to the correct businesses.

• Validate business phone numbers, mailing addresses, and other contact details.

• Investigate companies with outdated or inactive websites to find updated information.

• Record and document all changes or additions made to each entry.

• Keep well-organized and precise spreadsheets, providing completed work in a polished CSV format.

• Adhere to established workflows while ensuring high quality and consistency.

• Approximately 5,000 company records to assess.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Experience in conducting online research and verifying business details.

• Strong proficiency in written English communication.

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets, including filtering, sorting, and ensuring data cleanliness.

• Capable of working independently once processes are in place.

• Highly organized with the capacity to execute repetitive tasks accurately.

• Previous experience in data enrichment, lead research, CRM management, or data quality initiatives.

• Familiar with LinkedIn and business directory research.

• Experience handling CSV files and large datasets.

• Background in supporting B2B sales or operations teams.
