Data Quality Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity of complex healthcare and pharmacy data environments.

• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate with data models, ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data governance.

• Analyze large and intricate datasets.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders to support data quality and reconciliation goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Governance, or related fields.

• Significant experience with Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance data.

• Proficient SQL skills and experience with large or complex datasets.

• Demonstrated expertise in data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and root-cause analysis.

• Strong knowledge of data models, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data governance.

• Excellent analytical abilities and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in English.

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, Power BI/Tableau, Python, dbt, Informatica, or similar tools is a plus.

• Understanding of healthcare/pharmacy data standards such as NDC, RxNorm, ATC, ICD, HL7, or FHIR is advantageous.
