This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the investigation and resolution of data quality concerns.
β’ Perform root cause analyses and collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement corrective measures.
β’ Create and uphold data quality controls, review processes, and operational procedures.
β’ Experiment with automated and AI-powered workflows to enhance data quality operations.
β’ Assist in identifying, testing, and integrating new tools and agents that enhance team efficiency and precision.
β’ Establish reporting mechanisms and metrics to track data quality, workload, and team performance.
β’ Recognize recurring issues, operational risks, and areas for process enhancement.
β’ Prioritize and oversee data quality workflows to ensure that issues are addressed promptly.
β’ Relay findings, trends, and suggestions to stakeholders throughout the organization.
β’ Build, manage, and nurture a team of data quality analysts as the function grows.
β’ Keep clear documentation and consistent operational standards across the team.
β’ 4+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, research, or a related discipline.
β’ Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Experience in conducting root cause analysis and converting findings into actionable recommendations.
β’ Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
β’ Experience in developing or refining operational processes and quality controls.
β’ Comfort with automation and AI-assisted tools.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership and long-term process development.
