Data Quality Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the investigation and resolution of data quality concerns.

• Perform root cause analyses and collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement corrective measures.

• Create and uphold data quality controls, review processes, and operational procedures.

• Experiment with automated and AI-powered workflows to enhance data quality operations.

• Assist in identifying, testing, and integrating new tools and agents that enhance team efficiency and precision.

• Establish reporting mechanisms and metrics to track data quality, workload, and team performance.

• Recognize recurring issues, operational risks, and areas for process enhancement.

• Prioritize and oversee data quality workflows to ensure that issues are addressed promptly.

• Relay findings, trends, and suggestions to stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Build, manage, and nurture a team of data quality analysts as the function grows.

• Keep clear documentation and consistent operational standards across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, research, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and converting findings into actionable recommendations.

• Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and business intelligence or reporting tools.

• Experience in developing or refining operational processes and quality controls.

• Comfort with automation and AI-assisted tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership and long-term process development.
