This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Exception Report Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews of exception reports to pinpoint data quality concerns across accounts, opportunities, quotes, contracts, and licenses.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and rectify detected data discrepancies, working in conjunction with relevant teams to amend records and uphold data integrity.
• Validation & Quality Assurance: Offer insights on areas where enhanced validation or quality checks could improve data accuracy and dependability.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose process enhancements for data handling, aiding in better data governance and lower error rates.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation of data quality procedures, exceptions, and resolutions; generate regular reports to monitor data quality trends and improvement efforts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside IT, Salesforce administrators, and other internal stakeholders to ensure data quality standards meet business requirements and support ongoing data initiatives.
• Data Management Tools & Techniques: Employ data management tools and techniques to evaluate, cleanse, and sustain datasets, integrating technical governance controls to encourage best practices in data management. This includes supporting robust data lineage, consumption contexts, and an actively maintained data dictionary.
• Data Culture: Assist in establishing a robust Data Culture organization-wide at Everway to guarantee we achieve data by design in support of business activities at speed and ensure compliance by default.
• Over 3 years of experience in data quality, data management, or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and governance.
• Experience with Databricks (1-2 years), familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and experience with Sage, AWS, and Google Suite would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to detect data inconsistencies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational and documentation capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, with the capacity to work closely with cross-functional teams to tackle data issues and promote best practices in data quality.
