This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Design and execute a data governance program, which includes the development of policies, standards, and frameworks across various service lines.
• Assist the Account in knowledge management by establishing and documenting data flows and processes.
• Support the Data Governance Lead by independently conducting data and business analysis, research, and the creation of high-quality Data Governance documentation.
• Manage Master Data Management for essential property data elements.
• Contribute to the existing Data Stewardship program that empowers stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, BI, and business teams to enhance data quality and processes.
• Develop Data Dictionaries and other metadata and documentation processes to clarify complex systems.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to integrate governance into projects and changes, identify improvement areas, and propose solutions concerning data quality and processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data governance or management within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated skills in client relationship management and consulting.
• Experience in business analysis with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledgeable in database management, data lifecycle, and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Tableau/PowerBI and SQL (as a business user), along with advanced Excel proficiency.
