This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the product backlog for strategic data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise data goals.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, establish product vision, and convert business needs into actionable user stories.

• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical tasks to optimize business value and facilitate delivery roadmaps.

• Foster communication among business teams, data engineers, architects, and technical delivery teams.

• Direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by setting validation criteria and confirming that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality benchmarks.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of a centralized enterprise data warehouse and foundational data products.

• Work with Information Delivery and Data Engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure scalable data solutions.

• Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance across various data sources.

• Discover opportunities for automation and process enhancements using modern data technologies.

• Organize stakeholder meetings, prioritize competing demands, and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.

• Monitor product progress, communicate risks, and provide regular updates to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Advocate for Agile and SAFe best practices while facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product delivery activities.

• Cultivate strong partnerships across business and technology teams to ensure successful product adoption and ongoing value delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role focused on data products or analytics initiatives.

• Deep understanding of data warehousing, data integration, and enterprise data management principles.

• Proficient in SQL and Snowflake for understanding and validating data solutions.

• Strong Excel capabilities with experience in analyzing and validating complex datasets.

• Basic knowledge of Python and its role in supporting automation and data processes.

• Experience in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.

• Solid understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), backlog management, and prioritization of requirements.

• Proven track record working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
