This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the development of new data product initiatives and drive ongoing enhancements.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” for both client and internal reporting requirements.
• Gain insights into our clients, the market, and the competitive and compliance environments.
• Collect and analyze user data to establish data product specifications.
• Ensure that new features and product enhancements fulfill the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
• Draft and refine clear requirements/user stories with acceptance criteria that articulate the vision of what needs to be developed.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and internal clients.
• Prioritize and communicate the data product backlog in alignment with the overall strategy, business objectives, and timelines.
• Assist in the development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases of projects as necessary.
• Demonstrate, communicate, and advocate for the new product features to both internal and external audiences.
• Reflect on outputs and outcomes to propose enhancements that contribute to the overarching product vision and strategy for M3 EU.
• Extensive experience in a Product Management position, ideally with a background in both B2B and B2C sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile software development lifecycles in a commercial/production setting.
• Strong business acumen with a proven history of launching highly profitable data products.
• Demonstrated ability to discover, define, and implement data product features.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and how data can be utilized for business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL is highly desirable.
• Data-driven mindset with critical thinking skills aimed at continuously refining methods to achieve business objectives swiftly.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, including strong oral communication, presentation, and lateral influencing skills.
• Willingness to challenge assumptions and inquire, particularly asking "why?"
• Dedication to enhancing user experiences and empathy towards user needs.
• Experience in medical media/communications and familiarity with the Pharma industry and the requirements of healthcare professionals would be advantageous.
