⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline — or equivalent practical experience

• Several years of professional experience with a robust technical background

• Preferred hands-on experience as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or software engineer

• Proven experience tackling intricate, cross-functional technical challenges related to data and platform systems

• Proficiency in English (mandatory)

• Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is advantageous

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to engage in detailed discussions about technical architecture, workflows, and trade-offs

• Advanced communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

• Proficient in Python (required): capable of reading, understanding, and reasoning about pipeline and platform code; able to discuss implementation trade-offs with engineers

• Proficient in SQL (required): capable of conducting independent investigations to validate data, features, and metrics

• Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle and MLOps subjects (e.g., Model training, evaluation, and experimentation; Monitoring, drift detection, and production operations; CI/CD for ML workflows; etc.)
