• Take charge of our data ecosystem in the role of Data Platform Engineering Manager.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data engineers.

• Establish the strategic vision and technical roadmap for our data platform.

• Thoroughly assess architectural proposals and technical designs.

• Promote engineering excellence by integrating best practices.

• Collaborate with teams across Product, Architecture, Analytics, Operations, and Security.

• Manage projects from initiation to completion.

• Interact with clients and vendors regarding integration patterns.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and scaling high-performing data mesh architectures.

• Capability to link technical architecture decisions directly to business outcomes.

• Understanding of the cost, risk, and revenue implications.

• Experience in the FinTech or Banking sector.

• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or Go.

• Strong technical expertise in cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP).

• Profound understanding of contemporary platform engineering principles.

• Experience in designing, building, and operating scalable, distributed systems within a regulated environment.
