This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Explore the current challenges of Advanced Analytics, including the modern data stack, unified data platforms, Advanced Analytics algorithms, and Data Mesh.

• Investigate the associated technological tools and methodologies.

• Develop a concrete use case and write a summary article intended for internal sharing and/or external publication.

• Actively participate in client operational missions within project teams.

• Analyze and synthesize business challenges.

• Understand client needs and contribute to defining relevant performance indicators.

• Participate in structuring data usage and deploying robust analytical solutions.

• Develop skills on market BI & Analytics solutions and platforms.

• Contribute to the animation and development of the Data, Analytics & AI offering.

• Write thought leadership content.

• Engage in recruitment initiatives, school relations, and training.

• Establish technical demonstrators and test new Data & Analytics solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Student at a general engineering school or in Information Systems/Data.

• Or a student from a business school with a major in Data & Analytics.

• A hybrid profile, comfortable with technical subjects and possessing a strong business sensitivity.

• Interest in business challenges and the ability to translate management needs into concrete data solutions.

• Interest in consulting contexts.

• Desire to enhance skills in preparation, transformation, BI, advanced analytics, and data science.

• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.

• Depending on the missions, experience with GCP BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake.

• Mastery of dbt, LookML, and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.

• Curiosity, analytical mindset, and ability to embrace new topics.

• Client-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, and a service mindset.

• Enjoys challenges and achieving results.

• Interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
