Data Ops Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Execute projects and carry out data operation responsibilities, troubleshoot issues, offer assistance and solutions, and rectify problems for the data operations team, ensuring that assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Collaborate with data operations analysts and management to address inquiries and devise solutions for timely and precise outcomes, ensuring that the team's business requirements are fulfilled.

• Implement, oversee, and verify data operations quality assurance procedures.

• Accountable for executing processes and procedures related to clients, which include but are not limited to:

• File Imports/Exports

• File Transfers

• Remittances

• Work under the direction of IT managers to deploy solutions that improve report dependability, troubleshoot issues, and meet service requests.

• Communicate project updates and escalate issues as necessary.

• Develop and maintain instructional and process documentation.

• Remain accountable for each process, documenting and adhering to procedures to ensure precision.

• Prioritize and complete projects accurately and promptly.

• Maintain current knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relevant to the functional area and with Company policies and procedures.

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, which are essential due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirements.

• Adhere to all Company, Client, and Consumer confidentiality and security policies and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.

• One or more years of relevant computer experience; familiarity with FACS is a plus.

• Proficient in utilizing IT functions, including file transfer methods such as FTP, secure websites, and basic file layouts.

• Ability to analyze and develop solutions for system-related issues concerning data operations.

• Knowledge and experience with FACS Ontario: Enable, Report Writer, Night Jobs, Logic Blocks, System setup, and various other functions and processes in FACS Ontario or similar software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, Infopath, and text editors.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capable of interacting with internal and external customers in a pleasant and professional manner.

• Effectively work within a team-oriented and multitasking environment.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills.

• Must be able to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.
