Data Migration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehend client data needs and devise migration strategies

• Develop scripts to execute data transformations and validations on imported Contacts, Financial Data, Matters/Cases, and additional datasets

• Collaborate with customers to diagnose and resolve issues

• Deliver customer support throughout the data migration journey

• Oversee the inbound migration queue and establish expectations with stakeholders

• Improve the overall migration process to ensure successful implementation and operation

• Track, document, and report on the progress of the data migration plan at the project level

• Execute other tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of programming/scripting experience, particularly with Python

• More than 1 year of experience in data transformation, data pipelines, and data analytics

• Proficient in relational database technologies such as SQLServer, MySQL, or similar

• At least 2 years of experience and proficiency in Excel, including Excel’s Functions and Formulas

• Experience with Jira and Salesforce is advantageous

• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities

• Inquisitive, self-driven, and enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Capable of discussing technically detailed processes with both tech-savvy and non-technical customers
