Data Migration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform, validate, and migrate essential data while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and a seamless transition.

• Assist in data conversion, validation, cleansing, and migration processes for client implementations.

• Guarantee the accuracy, integrity, and successful transfer of data from legacy systems to new platforms.

• Deliver outstanding support throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate with clients and work with large datasets to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in data migration, data management, implementation support, customer onboarding, or a similar role.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and data cleansing techniques.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
