Data Measurement & Reporting Lead Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee clinical addendums, drug lists, program documentation, and client-specific clinical deliverables.

• Assist in implementing clinical programs for clients in the Commercial Division.

• Carry out benefit setup requests, manage clinical enrollments, update formularies, and follow up on operational activities.

• Create clinical and financial models to assess program impacts, usage trends, and client-specific scenarios.

• Generate standard and custom reports to meet client needs and support business initiatives.

• Collaborate with Account Teams, Clinical Operations, Product, Underwriting, Finance, and other stakeholders to address complex client and operational challenges.

• Act as a liaison between business partners and operational teams to guarantee the successful fulfillment of client requests.

• Identify areas for enhancing operational efficiency, consistency, and quality.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of SOPs, process documentation, job aids, and training materials.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at automation, workflow optimization, governance, and operational controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• For remote work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
