• Take ownership and enhance data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines within Google BigQuery.
• Supervise the real-time CRM synchronization between Salesforce and SmartAdvocate using Zapier and Python; identify and resolve integration challenges.
• Maintain the firm's profitability dashboard and ensure alignment of P&L data with QuickBooks in collaboration with the CFO.
• Oversee Google Cloud infrastructure, including Cloud Run, Artifact Registry, and API integrations.
• Create intricate reports such as case listings, KPI trackers, and analytics for referrals and co-counsel.
• Lead and nurture three international direct reports; onboard and guide a new junior analyst.
• Manage the departmental request pipeline, including intake, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and timelines.
• Conduct performance evaluations and offer structured feedback along with compensation recommendations.
• Handle vendor relationships (Salesforce, Zapier, Zoom, Uvoice) and represent the firm in external engagements.
• Minimum of 3 years in a senior data analyst, data engineering, or hybrid capacity.
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery, with the capability to write and debug complex queries autonomously.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM data management.
• Proven track record of managing or mentoring team members.
