This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for thorough configuration updates to provider data, encompassing file mapping, modifications to append queries, as well as updates to plans and attributes.
• Aids in the mapping of data according to client solutions for contracted product offerings.
• Oversees a dashboard for designated sources, ensuring timely data cleansing alongside continuous updates to documentation that adhere to specific business rules.
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the detailed configuration for the onboarding process of both new clients and updates/implementations for existing clients.
• Initiates tasks to guarantee alignment with all teams and processes involved, ensuring a successful and positive client experience.
• Offers consultation, training, education, sharing of best practices, and troubleshooting of issues and challenges.
• Develops documentation of all configurations and customer rules for operational purposes.
• Takes ownership of the transition from implementation to operations, ensuring all key documentation, quality assurance, audit, or other operational processes established during implementation are maintained.
• Assists and supports the Customer Success and Operations teams in delivering custom reports, unique delivery requests, and special requirements.
• Recognizes inefficiencies and service deficiencies within the department that affect client implementations and recommends/drives remediation processes in collaboration with relevant internal parties and leadership.
• Responsible for managing assigned source projects and related score and merge initiatives.
• Manages the dashboard for designated sources.
• Ensures timely cleansing of assigned sources.
• Continuously updates documentation in Project Profile and Post Import.
• Handles file mapping and modifications to append queries.
• Processes Production Help tickets (JIRA).
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of client-facing/support experience is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for database management, query development, and data manipulation is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor data dashboards, guaranteeing timely data quality and thorough documentation.
• Experience in Software Implementation for new client integration and system updates is required.
• Familiarity with handling production support tickets and managing data extraction processes is necessary.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend/drive remediation processes in data management workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong collaboration capabilities.
• Effective skills in time management and prioritization.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or a comparable suite of office productivity tools.
