Business Analyst – AI, Infrastructure Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.

• Spearhead AI and Digital Transformation initiatives across the Enterprise IT Infrastructure.

• Identify avenues for process enhancement utilizing Generative AI, AI Agents, and workflow automation.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Security, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Develop business cases, solution proposals, executive presentations, and project documentation.

• Oversee project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

• Establish project KPIs and monitor delivery in line with business objectives.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Evaluate business processes and suggest technology-driven enhancements.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering field.

• A full-time, two-year MBA from a recognized university or prestigious business school.

• 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, AI Project Lead, Technology Consultant, Product Analyst, or a similar position.

• Practical experience working on Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation projects.

• Strong comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Business Analysis practices.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
