This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Create, design, and implement scalable Power BI dashboards and semantic models that provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Develop and enhance SQL and Python data pipelines for the ingestion, transformation, and analysis of structured and unstructured data.
• Architect and oversee cloud data solutions utilizing Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.
• Construct and integrate predictive analytics, anomaly detection, NLQ, Copilot-enabled analytics, and generative AI applications.
• Design and utilize APIs and JSON-based pipelines that connect with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and regulatory platforms.
• Perform data quality and governance assessments and address deficiencies in collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Data Governance teams.
• Define data products, KPIs, and AI-driven insights in partnership with business, Master Data, and digital transformation teams.
• Assist in metadata management, lineage tracking, and the establishment of enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Provide training for users on Power BI, Copilot, and data tools to facilitate self-service analytics and promote responsible AI adoption.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on cloud and AI transformation, modern data platform migrations, AI agents, and integrations with Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to employment.
• Seven years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science roles, demonstrating a significant impact through the delivery of data-driven insights.
• Practical experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric, particularly in data ingestion and transformation.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language, preferably Python; experience with Pandas or PySpark is a plus.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• A Master’s degree and experience with API integrations, JSON, AI/ML, generative AI, data governance, data quality, metadata management, complex data analysis, data mining, feature engineering, streaming or near-real-time pipelines, machine learning, NLP, LLM solutions, LangChain, Salesforce, or SAP are considered additional qualifications or strong advantages.
