This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist lead data conversion specialists in validating data and consolidating feedback for customer communication.
• Develop fundamental SQL scripts; review, execute, and troubleshoot more advanced SQL scripts and SSIS packages.
• Update and maintain the standard library of SQL scripts.
• Document new processes and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve basic data conversion issues and support critical customer challenges during implementation.
• Facilitate the implementation of federated and non-federated SSO, including bulk user setup/provisioning within the ERP platform.
• Support SDM and technical project leads with implementation tasks, such as taking meeting minutes, providing project updates, validating data, and user provisioning.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks.
• Communicate changes in project plans and timelines.
• Assist the customer support team with data-related issues.
• Support basic service requests from ERP Platform customers, including hour estimates and fundamental SQL script development.
• Develop XML code to parse data.
• Pursue continuous education and personal development.
• Research and learn new technologies to meet business needs and drive process improvements.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Understanding of databases, SQL, XML, Databricks, and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with data automation, mining, and integration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of software development methodologies and project management practices.
• Willingness to acquire new technical skills and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Basic proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Effective communication skills via email, chat, phone, and video conferencing.
• Highly organized; capable of managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to develop SQL scripts, SSIS packages, XML code, and BigQuery scripts.
• Competence in reviewing and troubleshooting complex SQL scripts.
• Proficiency in MSSQL, XML, Google BigQuery, Power BI/Tableau, SSIS, and Python.
• Basic experience with big data analytics/data warehousing technologies such as Databricks, Google BigQuery, Azure SQL Data Warehouse Synapse, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Hadoop.
• Basic knowledge of networking infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot hardware/application issues.
• Basic understanding of hospital financial/supply chain systems, financial decision support systems, and HR/payroll systems.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform sedentary work.
• Capability to adapt, swiftly change priorities, meet deadlines, operate computer software, communicate effectively, make independent decisions, and collaborate.
• Willingness to travel 1-20% within the US.
