This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Onboard client trading data, which includes orders and executions, by defining normalized formats and transmission methods.
• Map source fields to the standardized schema and ensure feeds align with the standard loading process.
• Coordinate and integrate market data feeds, including determining requirements for Level 1 versus Level 2 depth.
• Collaborate with vendors to acquire market data and map pertinent fields to standardized formats.
• Manage news, corporate events, client reference data, and other vendor feeds in conjunction with the product team and R&D.
• Oversee integrations from start to finish, from initial samples through validated ingestion and UAT confirmation prior to production.
• Maintain documentation for mappings and source-to-target references.
• Monitor feed health and data quality, identify anomalies, and incorporate findings back into the process.
• Identify schema gaps and collaborate with R&D and relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
• Facilitate communication between technical specifications and client-facing dialogues.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a data integration, data analyst, technical onboarding, or business/operations analyst role.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic, methodical approach to data mapping and validation.
• Excellent analytical skills; comfortable working with structured data, schemas, field-level mapping, and tabular formats (e.g., CSV, XML, JSON).
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of bridging technical and business discussions with both R&D and clients.
• Strong service orientation and ownership — able to manage an integration from specification to validated, end-to-end delivery.
• Familiarity with data integration / ETL / adapter development workflows.
• Experience with scripting or querying (e.g., Python, SQL) for data inspection and transformation.
• Knowledge of financial/market data or trading systems and their data requirements.
• Understanding of Level 1 versus Level 2 market data and concepts related to order/execution lifecycles.
