This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze engage2learn survey results and address ad-hoc data needs using suitable correlation, trend, and comparison methodologies.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, analyses, and reports utilized by partners and internal stakeholders.
• Present data readouts and findings to both internal and external partners.
• Convert insights into clear, actionable information for audiences without a technical background.
• Ensure the integrity of survey instruments through validity checks, benchmarking, and accurate interpretation.
• Recognize opportunities for reporting automation and communicate requirements for system design improvements.
• Assist in transitioning existing survey instruments to new platforms.
• Convert scoring and reporting logic into build specifications.
• Validate migrations through historical back-testing and resolve any discrepancies with the engineering team.
• Verify survey and district data flows to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Design and implement automated and AI-driven workflows for survey administration, data cleaning, and reporting processes.
• Draft data requirements and evaluate engineering deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to survey and data systems.
• Escalate or coordinate issues with engineering as necessary.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• A minimum of 4 years in data analysis, educational research, program evaluation, or a similar field.
• Proficient in correlation, trend, and comparison analysis.
• Ability to select appropriate analytical methods and recognize results that do not support hypotheses.
• Proficiency in at least one analysis language—preferably Python, Stata, or R.
• Experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations tailored for non-technical audiences using tools like QuickSight, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
• Comfortable presenting data findings and analyses directly to partners or leadership.
• Familiarity with survey measurement concepts, including scale construction, reverse coding, response thresholds, and sampling techniques.
• Experience in conducting quality assurance or user acceptance testing on reports and data outputs.
• Proficiency with AI tools for analysis, code drafting and verification, data cleaning, and reporting automation, along with the ability to assess outputs critically.
• Capability to identify automation opportunities and create simple automations independently.
• Previous experience in building automations is preferred.
• Working knowledge of survey platforms such as Qualtrics or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to synthesize detailed information, make sound decisions, and know when to escalate issues.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, research, or education-related field, or equivalent experience.
• A background check and drug screening are required.
