Data Insight Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create reports and analytics utilizing data from the data warehouse and Salesforce, employing Excel, SQL, Tableau, and various reporting and analytics tools.

• Formulate data and analytics strategies while utilizing advanced analytics to promote data-driven decision-making.

• Examine data to uncover patterns and trends over time.

• Contrast data from various categories to discern relationships or correlations.

• Implement statistical analysis to identify patterns and connections within the data.

• Provide context and explanations for the data through visualizations and narrative descriptions.

• Detect outliers or anomalies and investigate their underlying causes.

• Construct and automate dashboards and reports using MS Excel, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce.

• Review and validate data and reports prior to client delivery.

• Work closely with client-facing teams on data requirements and deadlines.

• Investigate and identify data quality issues.

• Oversee client data submissions and communicate with clients to rectify data quality concerns.

• Handle partner inquiries and requests regarding data specifications.

• Configure mapping tools to transform source data into the required format.

• Engage in tool testing and provide documentation for internal resources and customers.

• Serve as the resident expert for data requirements and specifications both internally and for clients.

• Stay updated on modifications to assigned program data specifications.

• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients and partners on data specifications and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in the job offered or a similar position, including roles as a Data Analyst or related experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with client-facing teams.

• At least 2 years of experience with MS Excel.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL.

• At least 2 years of experience with either Tableau or Salesforce.

• Capability to work 40 hours per week.
