Data Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and categorize data lists for marketing, sales, or outreach initiatives.

• Ensure that lists are precise, targeted, and adhere to applicable data protection regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to grasp list specifications and requirements.

• Cleanse, validate, and remove duplicates from data across various systems.

• Detect and rectify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and outdated entries.

• Uphold data quality standards, best practices, and maintenance processes for databases.

• Assist in generating and managing reports and dashboards.

• Provide support for ad hoc data inquiries and analyses.

• Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of reporting data.

• Acquire skills in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization.

• Work collaboratively across departments to understand their data requirements.

• Contribute to broader data projects and initiatives.

• Participate in training sessions and fulfill apprenticeship coursework.
