Data Entry Specialist – Freight Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Utilize and navigate the Freight Audit web platform along with its supporting tools.

• Oversee and document invoice and credit note information to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional operational teams to enhance workflows and address any issues that arise.

• Foster ongoing process improvements and operational enhancements in collaboration with Delivery Experts.

• Assist global organizations in maximizing shipping efficiency and reducing costs.

• Intermediate proficiency in English, with strong skills in professional business correspondence.

• Adeptness with Google products and services.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Results-driven approach.

• A degree in Auditing, Logistics, International Economic Relations, Banking, Finance, or a related field is preferred (bonus).

• Previous experience or proficiency with MS Office tools is advantageous (bonus).

• Familiarity with the JIRA platform is a plus (bonus).
