Data Entry Specialist – Freight Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Become adept at utilizing the state-of-the-art Freight Audit web platform along with specialized support tools.

• Oversee and document essential invoice and credit note information to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

• Engage actively with cross-functional operational teams to enhance workflows and address challenges.

• Promote ongoing process enhancements and operational efficiencies in close collaboration with our Delivery Experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in English, with excellent skills in professional business communication.

• Strong knowledge of Google products and services.

• Outstanding attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a focus on achieving results.

• A degree in Auditing, Logistics, International Economic Relations, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience or proficiency in using MS Office tools.

• Familiarity with the JIRA platform for team collaboration and issue management.
