Accounting Support Specialist, Data Entry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately enter, verify, and maintain financial information across QuickBooks, Excel, and ServiceSync.

• Input and process invoices for national clients with exceptional precision.

• Record and reconcile payment details, ensuring all entries are allocated correctly.

• Enter and monitor month-end data for various franchise locations.

• Log and process vendor invoices, verifying information against source documents before entry.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records and spreadsheets to assist the accounting team.

• Prepare monthly vendor statement data for management evaluation.

• Assist with data entry tasks related to customer collections as instructed.

• Identify and flag discrepancies in data for review and resolution.

• Provide support to franchise partners with data entry inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated data entry experience with a strong emphasis on speed and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel — comfortable with building and maintaining spreadsheets.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting/bookkeeping software.

• Ability to quickly learn proprietary software (ServiceSync training will be provided).

• Excellent attention to detail — you catch mistakes before they escalate into issues.

• Well-organized and self-motivated; capable of managing repetitive tasks without losing focus.

• Effective communicator with a professional, team-oriented mindset.
