District Data Entry Specialist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Timely and Accurate Event Entry: All event requests received via Customer Success and Support are entered into GoFan HQ or processed through CSV import on the same business day, ensuring they adhere to each school’s specifications without any errors.

• High-Quality Data Standards: Event records are consistently thorough, properly formatted, and undergo self-review prior to submission, minimizing downstream errors that could impact ticketing availability, school revenue, or the school’s reputation within the community.

• Structured Request Management: Incoming event requests are diligently tracked and processed in an organized manner to guarantee that no request is overlooked, duplicated, or left unresolved.

• Proactive Issue Resolution: Any vague or incomplete request details are promptly flagged to the appropriate Customer Success or Support team member, ensuring issues are addressed without causing delays in entry.

• Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to errors that could affect school revenue or community events.

• Capability to handle a queue of incoming requests and process them efficiently and methodically.

• Proficient in using web-based platforms; previous experience with GoFan HQ or similar event management software is an advantage.

• Knowledge of CSV file preparation and data import procedures is preferred.

• Competence in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data organization and formatting.

• Clear and timely written communication with internal teams when clarification on a request is necessary.

• Willingness to ask questions instead of making assumptions, prioritizing accuracy at all times.
